People need to take a "chill pill". Updating financials and getting disclosures correct TAKES TIME.

It doesn't mean that management is "incompetent" because they can't meet the short term traders expectations on disclosure.

Either you believe in the Company or you dont/ Either you believe IR/mangement or you dont/

One more point: so when the updates come out which they will in due time, then what? will that somehow change your opinion? Will that "move" the stock price? Will the fundamentals somehow change from what they are today? I doubt it.

More likely is that it will finally allow the Company to start updating investors on it's mining and oil operations along with how this will all be financed. In my opinion, that is the most important things investors who can see past a day trade should be focused on.

Any day now, and according to the IR guy, absolutely no later than Dec. 15th, which would be three months since the Company found out exactly what was required to attain current status.
