Briggs gave a date????? I thought they were not going to put dates out there again, as that could only cause an issue. Maybe I misunderstood.

I just talked to Briggs. He said that the 12/15 date mentioned, was part of the discussion of a general timeline. That date is, as you say, 3 months from when the process started. He did not want anyone to take that to the next level, and say it definitely will be accomplished by that date. We/he hope it will be. He did say that things are finally progressing as expected at this point.
