constant demands made by Mr. Williams’ attorneys have increased the Company's legal liabilities significantly.

Actaully that is a lie. The statements by BuchalterNemer clearly stated that the Forum should not be held as it Could increase the company's legal liability. So it was the actions of Management, not Mr. Williams, who caused the problem. Get your facts straight.

"Recent threats by Director Dave Williams to sue the law firm have caused the firm to seek to withdraw from representing Calypso Wireless Inc."

That's funny.

Buchalter Nemer's motion to support their withdrawal says that the reason they had to withdraw... was because Turrini and Peirce were lying to them.

After 19 days past his own dead line, they have the nerve to say-

"We are also happy to report that final settlement documentation with Mr. Drago Daic is in the process of being executed"

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Los Angeles, California, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) November 1, 2011 -- Calypso Wireless, Inc. (OTC: CLYW / CLYW.PK) has received the Company records from Mr. David Williams, which were delivered on October 19th, 2011. The records have been returned after an extended period and after many requests were made beginning in May 2011. Since the return of the records the company has been working to complete its unaudited financial statements and on filing back IRS income taxes since 2002. Further an abatement for penalties on payroll taxes paid in 2007 has been requested from the IRS.

The company has also been working on the final settlement agreement to be filed in the 333rd Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas in the case titled Calypso Wireless, Inc. v. Drago Daic and Jimmy Williamson, P.C. An extension was requested to accommodate the changes suggested by the Company’s attorneys to the final document. The company expects to have the agreement filed within the next 8 days.

Didn't Mr T say in an E-Mail to some shareholders a week ago, The settlemet was done and would be filed in a few days?

TOTAL BS!!!!!!!!

Is that like saying "The check is in the mail."

Heard that one before, several times.

Additionally, we will need to determine with the SEC what exact filings will be required from the SEC for Calypso to be considered in good standing.

Why would the attorneys withdraw representation from 'threats' of lawsuits by Dave?!? Because there's corruption.
