constant demands made by Mr. Williams’ attorneys have increased the Company's legal liabilities significantly.



Actaully that is a lie. The statements by BuchalterNemer clearly stated that the Forum should not be held as it Could increase the company's legal liability. So it was the actions of Management, not Mr. Williams, who caused the problem. Get your facts straight.
