It looks like Tarun is going to get the coal mine through the BK court (secured collateral through his debt financing).

Watch Tarun take the coal mine to another shell company.
And I think that new shell company could be a quick play.
Let's keep an eye out for the new shell.




LOL -- here's something to think about.
What if Tarun's and EC's plan, all along, was to get Tarun packed with secured debt whereas Tarun would end up with the coal mine?
