Because it would be extremely difficult to get even a decent price for the company if that were the case. Building the stock makes complete sense if they were looking to sell the company, as the price they will be able to get will, at least in part, be based on what the current market cap of the company is.

It makes more sense that they do NOT intend to sell, and have a long-term plan for this company to be profitable, and are not remotely worried about the near term, as they have enough other money to not even be concerned about receiving a dime in the near term.

Were there a concerted plan to actually sell the company, we would have been seeing a LOT of PRs, including a considerable amount of fluff that they could use to drive the cap up enough that they can get the price they want for the company.

Finally, if they haven't been releasing PRs, info, etc. because they have no problem selling the company at this level, then they would not likely have put nearly as much into it this year as they have, as they would not be concerned about future development at all.

Yes, it sucks that we have not heard anything in quite some time, but try to remain logical, and look at everything from a logical standpoint. No information doesn't indicate that they intend to take it private (have already posted my assessment on this a few weeks ago or so), and it definitely doesn't indicate that they intend to sell the company. I don't deny that it does show a lack of concern and respect for other shareholders who own a piece of their company. We do absolutely deserve to be informed of what is going on, why filings haven't been caught back up, and what their actual plan is going forward. But, I have seen nothing that suggests anything except them not caring (at this time) about the perceived current value of their company.
