Actually, no matter what, an r/s is dismal. No good way to put a nice spin on it!

Good for the company, bad for the investor! An r/s USUALLY takes a VERY long time
to recoup!

Yup, RS first, and many times the RM then prints a boatload of new shares creating an double whammy for the prior shareholders. Surely the new management will want to own 95% of the new company before they raise capital. Otherwise, why bother with an RM? JMHO.
