IDCC Already licensed 3G to Apple? And they did it on the cheap, so IDCC hardly much use to HTC there.

Please don't jump up and down and say 4g/ LTE, because Apple has not confirmred even having a 4g product, and last I read they hate 4g because it kills the batteries?

So please explain ow this helps IDCC?
