I had to go back and look that over again. If TPS is treated equally with the P's and K's (and H's = 0) then $300 million is about 4% of the full recovery value of preferreds/TPS. Cost to the P's is $40/share, K's about $1/share, and about $140 million of TPS recovery. You are right.
