Unless the EC can get discovery of the debtors complicity with the Hedge Funds Insider Trading, and present that evidence to the Judge, then the GSA is dead. Gee, I wonder why we have that "STAY" still in effect while we continue with the mediation?

My WAG is the STAY will be in effect until the settlement is consumated, just my 2 cents.
