Yes, Net Savings Site was a precursor to Net Savings Link. It didn't get funded, so it remained in limbo all these years. Since the site was still there, David decided to use it to post stuff that businesses could download, like savings certificates. That is all. It doesn't compete with Net Savings Link. He told me on Friday that he put it up for business reasons. ie. like making it easy for some business to find the certificates and other things necessary to become an affiliate. Evidently, some of the people he was dealing with are computer challenged and couldn't find their way around the NSL site.
