I think at this point e-mails and telephone conferences are to no effect. I would start sending the company certified letters that they have deceived the investors. If legal council is involved, there could be a class action lawsuit. I remember in June when the $900,000 loan was secured that David released a press release stating that he would start a major advertising campaigne with the purpose of the funds. This led to more people encouraged to invest into their stock. I am not an attorney, however this could be theft by deception. It's to the point that your money is gone. It is time to play the game and go into offense. THIS MAN IS A CROOK TO THE DEFINITION AND MUST BE STOPPED.
