Yeah, but it didn't mention proceeds of the sale not going to the company or something along those lines.

I don't want to see a dip to 33 right now because we hit 34.68 at the end of AH trading and I'm close to a margin call. I just don't want to put more money in for a few days.

We will see what happens today and tmrw before US thanksgiving.

i saw 31.92 and then 32 hit.

definitely was not expecting to drop this low; was actually looking for a bounce back with futures pointing up pre-market. i could understand 33s because of the FPO pricing being announced but not this.

i also noticed this news article which mentions FIO.

seems like many people stay away from short weeks (4 day weeks) so that may have some effect.
