waaaaay down premarket!
i saw 31.92 and then 32 hit.

definitely was not expecting to drop this low; was actually looking for a bounce back with futures pointing up pre-market. i could understand 33s because of the FPO pricing being announced but not this.

i also noticed this news article which mentions FIO.

seems like many people stay away from short weeks (4 day weeks) so that may have some effect.
