Norman Greg and Arsens never wanted to run CRPZ.

Their only goal was to find a buyer and sell it.

Gateway assets (Go Media) will be purchased by CRPZ via some behind the scene financing scheme.

Gateway executives will be added to the CRPZ Board of directors.

Norman Greg and Arsens will then move on to their next thing.

The new CRPZ will actually be Gateway...a very good company.

No need to keep talking about Norman because he will be history soon.
