It's trash because they are talking to some people who may have been involved in the process earlier but aren't anymore. Such people know nothing about what's going on. Then they talk about a lawyer who thinks they may be waiting for a CAFC decision.

The only real info we might be getting from DR is that IDCC was asking a high price when the Asian person they talk to was involved in the process, and since the process is ongoing, that is only good news for shareholders!
