That why the price will move up fast when general public start buying. None of the 55 shareholders will sell. All the selling yesterday may have been mostly naked shorting by MM.

i think this will run next week, on pure speculation alone. it takes time for HTDS to respond to the judgement and as things stand now ATKJ gets 100 and HTDS 0. So this is the stock to be on; remember that the inventor Chun is a director of ATKJ and he still holds the patents. And Chun testified against HTDS in the civil suit, so ATKJ is THE play to be in now. I expect a SPEA type run on this pig. Remember SPEA? it started from obscurity (a few cents) and ran up over a few days to $13.00 and then to $20.00 and finally to AMEX! Not bad i'd say.
