It is correct that it will take time for King to make up a new story of greatness and for HTDS to recover. It should take at least several weeks. HTDS relied heavily on favorable court judgment and lost. Everything favors ATKJ now and if no shareholder is selling, then price should go up.
MMs could continue to naked sell and short but at some point, they will have to buy back and force the price up again. You can throw out the logic for the next two weeks because it will be speculation and first in will be the beneficiaries.
Small float and low number of shareholders with the favorable court judgment for ATKJ. It will be interesting.
You mioght be right about a run but given shinns track record of what he did to htds shareholders ,it could be a rifght pump and dump. He has 350,000,000 shares in that comapny still and I am sure a lot of people are thinking there could be still something there .
