Finally a real good post!! On another positive in another 3 months the penny season comes into play. SO FAR CTKH has held up pretty good. So many low priced ones have crashed. Yes l know TNOG and a few others have done real well but for every TNOG there are 10 DFLRs and MSITFs. On Monday l will call TDW and ask to have 10 shares transfered in my name. And if needed in Dec or Jan l will drive down to the T/A and get that 10 broken down to different names i like to give out gifts.

geo, Very good point. Present the data CTKH manage/lawyer and keep the SEC out of it. If the SEC gets involved it can only hurt us.

geo, the SEC could halt trading UNTIL FH got his accountants (ducks) in a row and started filing. That could burn several months. And I'd hate to think what the 'opening' price would be when he resumed trading. UNLESS those filings contained GOLD data. Not sure if I want to take that chance.
