Carl has believed in Celsius for years. Hasn't helped any.
They are getting closer to profitability, but I'm not sure they'll get there. They have cut SG&A to a minimum, and increasing sales without advertising, slotting fees, etc. will be a challenge.

Then there's the share structure and debt owed to CDS. They've invested millions into the company and I would imagine own a majority of the stock.

The story may not be over, and while there's no question it's a better bet at $.25 than it as at several dollars/share, I still think it's unlikely to be a winner as an investment.
