Couldn't agree more.

Take the good with the bad, it happens to all of us at some point. Its how you handle the development that makes or breaks us.

So how has Matt handled it. Well, first of all, that person is no longer affiliated with CBAI. After all, his facebook page is gone! Second, Matt handled the DTCC issue to perfection. He got CBAI off of CHILL STATUS by proving to the DTCC that they had done nothing wrong!

How many CEO's do you know that have been able to do this successfully against the DTCC?
