Wow, that is jumping to a big conclusion that I think is both unfounded and without merit. But I guess I can see how you might put two and two together and arrive at that answer.
The bankruptcy of the stock would surely make the damages from the theft disappear. I mean the value of the shares could only be determined by there fair market value at some point in time. Would'nt you agree.
The purported murder plot seems like and act of someone obsessed with a finality and unhealthy hatred for their inability to accomplish the goal of destroying the value.
I still don't think your inference about those pointing out the negatives is on point. Most have told us over the years that they do it for humanitarian reasons, to save us from ourselves. That seems very plausible to me.
