And you're suggesting that anyone who pointed out that company had been making empty promises for a decade and this was likely to be another, and were ultimately proven correct were doing so on behalf of an alleged Chilean con man and murderer?

That's better than a "naked shorts killed the stock" story. But unfortunately, even less believable.
