i think so as well, but as we all know stranger things have happened. I think the main point here is that it doesnt really matter. settlement now or later. pps movement or not.

I know what ive been spending over 3 years fighting and if we settle great and i look forward to becoming a shareholder in the new co and voting on the new bod and seeing it grow over time

in the alternative we could see a further trial if things dont go as planned.

for me its a win win scenario either way. I have a nice comfy chair to sit on and wait.

I own all the classes except dimez and i look forward to getting the waterfall splash at all levels.

my ideal scenario would be a partial or close to fv on prefs and remainder in new co and commons which i hold the most of would get shares in the new co with loans, tax refunds, and nols to make the value appreciate over time.

It can be realistic and would make me happy. not what i would really want to see happen to the crooks, but good enough to pay me something for my years of torment. :)

I think so too and the pps will start to reflect it. They will not be able keep this under wraps for another 2 weeks IMO

jack ,i hope they didn't settle .i was hoping this would of gone to a trial ,and have em all buried
