I guess I should have said "I just wish they only had to do it one week a month.".

According to GoldenBull's reports only 20m dumped in 3 weeks this month which is why I believe it is only operational dilution and Andy is not referring to that when he says "no dilution" as it has been going on for some time - just more shares at this low pps.
