a. Volume of Nokia as against Ericy.

b. How the solicitors deal with explaining a lower rate.

c. The impact of additional earnings from the patents acquired through the engineering work carried out by IDCC on behalf of Nokia.

d. The Sharp royalty rate.

e. The NEC royalty rate.

I wonder if they would have to reveal confidential rates to Ericy a compeditor.
