GE Jim I am of the opinion that Nokia keeps a very close eye on the IDCC/Ericy situation. At the moment they are in a comfortable position. If the Ericy litigation results in a Harris type victory for IDCC, I feel that IDCC would be in the driving seat. It makes sense for Nokia to strike a royalty rate before the outcome of the case.
