stak, you may have answered your own question. None of us want a R/S. That would wipe us out. Thus far FH has stated that he is not interested in an R/S. Some of us feel that we should wait for the SHM before potentially ruffling any of FH feathers - which could tee him off. He can to plenty to hurt us if he really wanted to. Including an R/S.
