Why couldn't an entity offer a nice premium over the market to shareholders but much less than what IDCC management might want?

Also a potential buyer would look at our IPR if they were trying to collect from the infringers.a big player like Apple could not only collect from probably all for 3G plus save their licensing fee for 4G and beyond.Apple could also use our IPR to trade with competing IPR and use ours to increase the Android costs.
