At the current rate Spring is becoming a stretch for becoming compliant. With the year ending in 6 weeks I highly doubt they will produce the 10K and all 3 Q's prior. I can also say they will not get the CE removed until the 2011 10K is out if the 3 Q's are not filed prior to Dec 31st.
The investment has turn very sour and the chance a good appreciation in price is rather remote. I still feel 1 cent is a possibility but based on my history in the market, once a company fails to this level confidence is rarely fully restored.
I will continue to try and sell everytime we break .008. I still sit on about 700k shares but have more than sold my original investment. I feel bad for those that will lose on this one. SNEY has become the run of the mill stinky pinky. It once looked like such hope but now that hope is really just a dream.
