I believe Sarbanes Oxley has some strong provisions, but to you point the tell will be in 2011 documents to prove wheter or not anything has been done. I agree you do not bury good news but get it out and that is the same argument I made with KATX, although there are differences. It will be interesting to see if those 'in the know' buy up all those selling as the wait for news drags on. That could be very telling. Sorry, this has not ended as we all hoped for at this point at least.
