Orange, the last time I talked to FH by phone and asked him or an O/S count he said that he would call me back with the number. He never called me back.
I'm beginning to think that Round's approach of documenting 300+ on our own may be the only option we have.
The question then becomes ... do we let FH BURN 6 MORE months off the clock while we wait to see if he files by the end of the CY, or proactively move now with Rounds suggestion and risk teeing of FH.
