PRESENTED TO THE COURT, BUT THE PUBLIC IS NOT PRIVY TOO ?
IF SO, IS IT POSSIBLE THAT ALL THE VALUATIONS AND $$$ BEING
TOSSED AROUND ON THIS BOARD COULD BE MUCH HIGHER BECAUSE OF
WHAT WE DON'T KNOW ?
