I think CPRKQ retains the "carry-forward losses" tax write offs, which is substantial.

Cs paid 110 m we had 60 m debt and 50 m that should be left has dissapeared. From my understanding it is a grey area that no one cares to clarify. Hopefully por or dec financial report will update this mess.
