As I understand it, when CS bought out most of the debt, they took it off of us and onto them. Simultaneously, they relieved us of that debt, and took our assets in return. I do not know to what extent they gave us cash to cover the remaining debt, but assume they did. I believe the plan is to come out of BK debt-free, and then incur some new debt to move forward toward profit.

There is no train to the edge of knowledge, no plane. You have to go on foot.
