It is a good idea. I'm in SGGV, a phosphate mine in China, that doesn't seem to get a lot of attention (or is seriosly flying under the radar). Great company, fantastic things to come, but no attention. Maybe new rules will cause inventors to feel more cozy.
Does this mean that AIMH would have to wait a year and the PPS would have to be $4+ before they could uplist to NASDAQ?
I OK with a $4 PPS, ;-) I would just hate to have to wait a year before an uplisting.
And could these rules going into affect, have any effect on how fast this R/M deal could get completed? Maybe this is why it has taken Morey longer than even he may have expected to get this deal done.
