Does this mean that AIMH would have to wait a year and the PPS would have to be $4+ before they could uplist to NASDAQ?

I OK with a $4 PPS, I would just hate to have to wait a year before an uplisting.

And could these rules going into affect, have any effect on how fast this R/M deal could get completed? Maybe this is why it has taken Morey longer than even he may have expected to get this deal done.
