Personally I think all that is just empty rattling, Charlie.

We got new revenues coming in and the existing share structure has a little more room to raise capital if needs be.

This seemingly innocent R/S double speak is just that. I think if we read between the lines, the message is clear enough.

Anybody that has to bring it up 7 times out of the blue in the last 24 hours does it for a reason. Nobody is that innocent ... or that dumb.
