There WAS a shareholder vote for a reverse split for a company I once had shares in. We had to vote, I heard, because the company owned less than 50% of it's own stock, so they needed our approval. We voted no, and now the stock is at rock bottom .0001.

I think the company can do a R/S on their own if they hold more than 50% of it. But hey, what do I know, being an average Joe and all.

I do FEEL that SGCP is going to be much higher than it is right now and it won't take long to get there. If I had more cash, I'd be in deeper, but for now I'll have to settle for what I have and hope I can get more BEFORE more PR's come out.
