It would be showing up in everyone's accounts of so. I find that most of the time these people like scottrade and TDA really don't know anything about subpennies. Their would have also had to be a filing with the SOS from the company, which there has not been.

I have ST but I didn't see anything like that. According to the quote on ST, OS is 286.8 million. ?????
