there are closer to 400 million which is the A/S Thought there had to be a filing to do this. Interesting to do an r/s here when most would just elevate the A/S. If this is true then the share structure is now 40 million shares in the o/s. In either case just hoping the real story doesn't get out before I get a chance to add.
