Don't they need MONEY to take the thing private... and if they have money then they don't need to take it private.

So if you believe they are that unethical and manipulative then there is little reason not to sell right now.

You need to visit a vacationhouse. Too Tense. My comments were not directed towards you, but just trying to say that the taking things private thing is not a logical possibility unless I'm missing something.

All the companies I've known about that went private were making money and if they wanted to do this, they could have failed to get any number of private placements when it would have made more sense that an obvious scam just short of success.

We will know shortly about the diluttion and whether we are invested in a pool cue or a hockey stick.
