#17873 RE: space1230 #17863

ANWM has to provide audited financials, they have to be transparent to shareholders, they have to have a viable business plan moving forward that includes competent management, qualified leadership and some kind of experience. FINRA doesn't buy into "might", "maybe", "appears" etc...

Nope, FINRA buys into the basic approach of "You have been suspended for questionable practices so unless you can provide us with something that proves (not suggests) that you are viable and are not just going to be a share selling entity then you can forget ever emerging.

It is that simple. It's all black and white to FINRA, can't dazzle them with message board BS.

1. What experience does GA bring to the company and how can that experience translate into shareholder value?

2. Who controls the entity and what is their backround?

3. What viable business does this company have and what kind of corporate structure exists that would put the proper checks and balances in place for this company to operate like a true business as opposed to a over-hyped share selling joke?

4. How will the company obtain their goals and is that plan feasible with the personell onboard.

5. Can the company be trusted to continue to provide current financial information to their shareholders and how will the cost of doing so be funded?

If the only possibel way going forward is to sell stock then the status quo of stock promotion will continue which is not what FINRA is looking for. Pumping the stock in hopes that something will come later is what got it suspended in the first place right?

What controls are in place to change that and make this a viable entity moving forward? Nobody here knows a thing about GA or about any potential crazy mining projects that will hyped here in the future.

It simply does not look promising to me based on simple criteria and concerns that FINRA would have about ANWM moving forward. Totally changing up the business plan to become a junior mining company that will require huge amounts of funding to dig holes and look for minerals doesn't seem to be something FINRA would look too highly at. Just my opinion of course but I've seen a lot of these suspended companies.

All claim they are going to emerge but all had nothing to start with and nothing coming out of it and none were able to emerge ene though they all claimed they would. ANWM hasnt's shown me anything different that I have seen from any of the others.
