Before jumping to too many conclusions I would ask a few questions.

Is the share dividend based upon pre-split holdings or post-split holdings? I would assume post-split?

Are the dividend shares coming from the common share pool or from a preferred class?

A dividends go, 50k shares for my 50M pre split or 50 shares for my post split 50k doesn't move me one iota. $5 on my $5k+ investment? Well, at least the math works. GLTA!

Finally, You have become disconcerted! That may be a GOOD Thing!!
My take on this is that the WORST thing that can be interpreted is that KK has cleaverly surmounted all your imagined obsticles by transferring the old shares into new by issueing them as a DIVIDEND! Best case would be a Two For One Dividend total. If you feel Lucky, you want to go Double or Nothing??????
