It is not the arithmetic that matters but the reason that is important. I wish the Q3 was out. KK delayed the R/S, he could/should have delayed it until the Q3 was out unless he knows that the Q3 will not help the PPS post R/S. Also the dividend is listed on OTCmarkets.com the name change is not:
