I think that this means that KK has NO good news to prop up the PPS post R/S and he is manufacturing this "news" in the form of a dividend that is actually another form of (minor) dilution using the gap between the O/S and A/S as the buffer to pay for it. I am also concerned that this means that the upcoming Q3 filing is not going to be as good as we hoped; if it was KK would not need this manufactured "news". Someone please tell me that I am wrong and provide a more plausible explanation, frankly this is very disconcerting.
