IMO:They will do nothing to jeopardize their 1999 2G/3G license Contract..IDCC's obligation to license under "fair and reasonable terms" is not obligatory to include outlaws..Nokia unlike the Street, and the use of their legal spin in Delaware, U.K.,etc. is aware of IDCC's ESSENTIAL IP in 2G and 3G..
Under the heading, "We don't know what the hell to do", comes the standard response from the loser:
