bankinonit: "World Surveillance Group Inc. and our subsidiaries (WSGI)" is properly worded as is in that order. The parenthetical WSGI means that "World Surveillance Group Inc. and our subsidiaries" is collectively known as WSGI.

Now the thing that makes me go hmmm? is that "subsidiaries" is plural and GTC is our only subsidiary so far. Could this be an implication that another subsidiary is waiting in the wings, so to speak, ie., EastCor??
