It's very predictable - he would say something like:
"This increase will allow Tytan to bring in new investors, which in turn will allow Tytan to accelerate their business plans."
Mark apparently has no concern for the near-term performance of the stock, nor any conscience about the emotional or financial damage he has inflicted on his shareholders. His horizon is extremely long-term.
