you are connecting the dots like me. Paycloud just raised about $3M in private money to expand. Well, I am a private investor in other companies and we are taking them public so that we can bring our equity to market. I have 100% certainty Paycloud will want to go public to bring all of their investors public equity. This makes the announcement of a J/V with MWIP extemely interesting to me, as the spinoff will be a place for MWIP and Paycloud to bring this new technology to market.
